Charles Thomas (Tom) Johnson was awarded Certificate of Training by The Real Estate School of Cherry Hill, NJ for completion of the Real Estate General Boker Course.  This certificate is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the General Broker Course as prescribed by The New Jersey Real Estate Commission.   After completion of the entire 150 hour Broker Course program, the successfull candidate is invited to sit for the New Jersey State Broker's Exam. 

As a resident of Brigantine NJ and the South Jersey Shore, Tom is an active, full time Realtor, New Jersey Real Estate Sales Associate.  Tom specializes in second and vacation homes at the New Jersey Shore - particularly in Brigantine, Atlantic City, Margate, Ventnor and Longport area,  He consistently performs in the top percentile of agents within the Atlantic County area, and has won numerous State and company awards for sales performance.  Tom has earned his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, and is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).
