Charles Thomas (Tom) Johnson was awarded the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR) Circle of Excellence Gold Award for the second year in a row. The awards ceremony took place on February 23rd at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. Margaret Schwabe, Vice President of Sales for the Brigantine Office, and David Rickle, Regional Vice President for Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors were present at the Awards Ceremony.
The NJAR Circle of Excellence Awards are given each year in recognition of sales achievements for the previous year. The Gold level is one of the most prestigious levels attainable. To obtain the NJAR Circle of Excellence Gold, an agent must sell a minimum of $15,000,000 in dollar volume, and close no less than 25 transactions within the previous year. This award places Tom in the top 1% of agents in Atlantic County in terms of performance for 2006.
Tom was a previous recipient of the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award for 2003 (Bronze), 2004 (Silver), and 2005 (Gold). He is also a consistent winner of the Prudential Fox and Roach "Chairman's Circle" Award and "The Top of the Rock" Award.
